Job Summary:

The Security Analyst will serve both HCTec and its Technical Managed Service (TMS) customers, providing primary support for all aspects related to Security Application Management, Security Infrastructure, Incident Investigation, and Risk Assessments. This role will perform security measures to prevent intrusion, vulnerabilities, and other threats. The Security Analyst will evaluate detection, firewall, and traffic log data to identify patterns and trends. Additionally, this role will oversee and report all application patch levels, collaborate with security vendors, and escalate any issues or concerns to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides 24/7/365 Tier 1 Cybersecurity support to meet and exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and follow ITIL processes

Triages end-user issues and determines if the issues have been completed

Utilizes customer service guidelines as outlined in HDI, CISA, CompTIA, and ISC2 training

Provides and updates knowledgebase and client-specific procedures to resolve issues

Generates and reviews systems reports for audits

Generates and maintains all Cybersecurity reports and documentation for HCTec and TMS customers

Processes and updates Written Information Security Plans (WISP) for HCTec and all TMS Customers

Processes and updates Downtime Action and Recovery Plans (DARP) for HCTec

Processes and updates Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for HCTec and all TMS Customers

Performs Security Risk Assessment (SRA) on TMS and MS customers

Reviews Business Associates Agreements (BAA) in the absence of VP of Cybersecurity

Completes baseline answering and sending for review Aide VP, Cybersecurity with HiTrust Data Audits and Customer Cyber Questionnaires

Aides Director, Contracts with all Cyber Breaches in maintaining logs for each CBI and keeping the VP of Cybersecurity and the VP of relevant practice up to date

Aides VP, Technical Services with working on, identifying, or reporting any Cybersecurity or Compliance needs of TMS Customers

Requirements:
