This position is located in the Inland Empire District, providing vocational rehabilitation services to consumers in the Ontario area.
Under the general supervision of the Team Manager, Staff Services Manager I, the Staff Services Analyst/Service Coordinator will provide analytical support related to planning, arranging, coordinating, and monitoring vocational rehabilitation services. The incumbent will work cooperatively with program units and supervisors throughout the District to enable consumers to become employed, live independently, and have equality in the communities in which they live and work.
The Inland Empire District is responsible for service delivery of Federal Title I Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program. The services assist eligible individuals in achieving their employment goals by providing training, assistive technology, supported employment, and job placement support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct eligibility and priority for services determinations for applicants for services
- Direct post-employment services for individuals who find jobs as a result of DOR services
- Provide analytical support related to planning, arranging, coordinating, and monitoring vocational rehabilitation services
- Work cooperatively with program units and supervisors throughout the District
Working Conditions
This position may be eligible for a hybrid telework option upon completion of the probationary period and will be required to report to the office as needed/required.
