We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Meridian Group. As a key member of our senior leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in driving the company's financial strategy and direction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee all aspects of finance, including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, credit, and planning.
  • Lead the finance team and provide direction on financial analysis, planning, and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including GAAP and SEC requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 15 years of financial experience, with at least 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing finance teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of financial controls, IT systems, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with ERP systems and integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business insights and recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA and/or CPA.
  • Experience in a PE-backed company, with a track record of managing an exit and navigating multiple acquisitions and integrations.
