We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Materials Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Construction Materials Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting field and laboratory testing of construction materials, including concrete, soil, aggregates, and asphalt. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field testing of construction materials, including soil and concrete
- Perform laboratory testing of construction materials, including aggregates and asphalt
- Collect and analyze data to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- ACI Certification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of construction materials and testing procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
