Key Responsibilities

  1. Engage with customers through phone communication to assist with lease renewal payments and agreements.
  2. Utilize company resources to identify and reach out to customers whose leases are due for renewal.
  3. Educate clients on the advantages of timely payments and available renewal options to support their journey towards ownership.
  4. Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system as necessary.
  5. Document all interactions related to lease renewal appointments.
  6. Collaborate with retail partners to facilitate additional merchandise leasing or purchasing opportunities for customers.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
  8. Oversee the daily operations of the call center, including opening and closing procedures.
  9. Conduct field visits to engage with customers who are overdue on payments when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or collections.
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required; additional experience in a call center or collections is preferred.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers and demonstrate empathy.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for negotiation and persuasion.
  • Proficient in computer applications and systems.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Professional communication skills and proper telephone etiquette.
  • Commitment to upholding company values and maintaining a professional appearance.

Physical Requirements

This role may involve lifting and moving merchandise, requiring physical stamina and capability.
