We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Special Events Associate to join our team at the Fayetteville Woodpeckers. As a key member of our Special Events department, you will be responsible for executing all non-baseball events at Segra Stadium, including college baseball games, festivals, and private events.

### Key Responsibilities

* Work closely with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences
* Make sales calls and inquiries to secure new events
* Assist in planning and executing large-scale private and public events
* Help plan and budget for events
* Perform other duties as assigned

### Work Environment

This role operates in a clerical, office setting and requires the ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.

### Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to fingers, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and focused vision.

### Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
