Coordinating Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Coordinator to join our team at RHA Health Services. As a Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health challenges in our START Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cross-systems crisis plans to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients.
- Provide case management services, linking individuals with necessary resources and referrals.
- Offer training and consultation to families and stakeholders on individual-specific needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with the team to provide integrated care and treatment services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Social Services, Human Services, or Special Education required; Master's degree a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities required; 1-year experience if paired with Master's degree.
- Must meet requirements for both Qualified Developmental Disability Professional and Qualified Mental Health Professional.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle insurance coverage required.
