Position Summary:

As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing Marketo programs, managing email marketing initiatives, and providing analytical support to the marketing team for optimization strategies. Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing, you will implement various programmatic and operational tasks within Marketo, encompassing email campaigns, lead nurturing, content initiatives, and data management automation. A keen interest in analytics and reporting will be essential to assist the marketing team in evaluating data and formulating optimization suggestions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team to design and execute email marketing initiatives, including creation, segmentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing performance evaluation.
  • Develop Marketo programs and automation processes to enhance website conversions and form submissions.
  • Conduct A/B testing within the marketing automation platform to boost productivity, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales growth.
  • Support marketing operations in Marketo and Salesforce related to lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data quality assurance.
  • Oversee campaign creation in Salesforce.
  • Ensure data quality within the marketing database is maintained.
  • Create and manage reporting dashboards to evaluate marketing and sales effectiveness and overall business performance.
  • Analyze reports across various sales and marketing teams to generate consolidated performance insights and recommendations.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of a top-tier marketing technology stack to support marketers across multiple channels.
  • Maintain rigorous data analysis and auditing practices to ensure data integrity, implementing and refining processes and integrations to enhance overall marketing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with 1-3 years in marketing operations.
  • Experience in both Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and traditional inbound demand generation to meet pipeline objectives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Paid Media and Paid Social Media Management in a B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in managing diverse activities that drive leads, navigating them through the demand funnel, and collaborating with agency partners and internal stakeholders to optimize campaigns.
  • Marketo Certification is a plus.
