Job Overview:

This position is situated within the Shared Services and Banking Operations division. The individual will provide essential support for daily operations under the Cash Management and Payments team. Key responsibilities include:

1. Addressing Agent Bank inquiries via SWIFT messages [MT199/299].

2. Analyzing t+1 reports to ensure data accuracy concerning Canadian regulations.

3. Compiling various reports necessary for Cash Management activities, including opening balances, daily checklists, and lockdown reports.

4. Assisting in the maintenance and updating of reference tables for Cash disbursement functions.

5. Engaging in additional ad-hoc projects as they emerge in the course of operations.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Cash Management: Overseeing all organizational cash flows.

2. Payment Processing: Encompasses cash disbursement, transaction screening, and wire transfer operations.

3. Transaction Screening: Managing incoming and outgoing wire transfers while ensuring compliance with OFAC and sanction regulations.

4. Support and Funding: Guaranteeing accounts are adequately funded and client funds are appropriately segregated.

5. Payment Expertise: Knowledge of payment systems and processes.

6. Collaborative Teamwork: Emphasizing a cooperative approach.

7. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Focusing on problem-solving.

Qualifications:

1. Payment Knowledge: Familiarity with payment systems and SWIFT operations is advantageous.

2. Regulatory Reporting: Understanding of Canadian regulations and data integrity in SWIFT transactions.

3. Coordination Skills: Involves communication with internal stakeholders and compliance teams.
