Job Title: Client Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our team at BOK Financial Corporation Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our financial consultants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.
  • Promptly answer emails and calls from clients, assisting them with various tasks and collaborating with peers and management.
  • Organize and prioritize multiple daily tasks, using an agile approach to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Provide updates to advisors and managers on account statuses and requests, following through and following up on tasks as necessary.
  • Partner with the team you support, becoming an extension of the advisors to ensure seamless client service.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study.
  • 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • FINRA Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66.
