The Client Service Specialist is a key role within our Financial Operations team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our Financial Consultants. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.
  • Promptly answer emails and calls from clients, assisting with a variety of tasks by leveraging resources and collaborating with peers and management.
  • Use an agile approach to workday, prioritizing multiple daily tasks and providing updates to advisors and managers on account statuses and requests.
  • Partner with the team to support and become an extension of the advisors, critical for success.

Requirements

This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field of study and 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or 5-7 years equivalent combination of education and experience. FINRA Series 7, Series 63 or Series 66 is also required.
