Client Service Specialist

The Client Service Specialist is a key role within our Financial Operations team, responsible for providing exceptional support to our Financial Consultants. This includes performing daily servicing activities, such as documentation, information gathering, and compiling, under general supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational functions and be able to process tasks efficiently with minimal errors.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current client accounts, update registrations, and set up new accounts.
- Promptly answer emails and calls from clients, assisting with a variety of tasks by leveraging resources and collaborating with peers and management.
- Organize and prioritize multiple daily tasks, using an agile approach to work.
- Provide updates to advisors and managers on account statuses and requests, following through and following up on tasks as necessary.
- Partner with the team to support advisors and become an extension of the team, critical for success.
This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field, along with 3-4 years of directly related experience in investment sales/operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience. FINRA Series 7, Series 63, or Series 66 licenses are also required.
