Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining communication with patients and clinical staff, and ensuring seamless coordination of patient care.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Scheduling Appointments: You will be responsible for scheduling appointments for physician and ancillary services, ensuring timely and efficient coordination of patient care.
  2. Communication: You will maintain effective communication with patients and clinical staff, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the scheduling process.
  3. Problem-Solving: You will be responsible for resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and clinical staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple scheduling requests simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
