Job Summary:
Parkview Physicians Group - Ohio is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team in a Family Medicine setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians with assessments and treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with patient care and assessments, adhering to the Standard of Care set by Parkview Health System and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical practices and technologies.
Requirements:
- Graduate of a school of nursing with a current state Licensed Practice Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification and additional certifications as required for specific areas.
- Sufficient previous clinical experience in the area of assignment, with a focus on customer service, establishing priorities, and working independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lift 50 lbs. and assist with 100 lbs.
