Position Overview:

Chi is in search of a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to enhance our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and treatment plans. Your contributions will be vital to the well-being of our patients and the overall efficiency of our healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering comprehensive nursing care in line with industry standards and procedures
  • Securing patient consent while maintaining confidentiality
  • Recording patient health history, vital signs, and current health conditions
  • Delivering patient care in compliance with established guidelines and regulations
  • Implementing prescribed treatments and medications while monitoring patient progress
  • Providing education to patients and their families regarding health management
  • Documenting patient assessments and ensuring the quality of care
  • Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Essential Education and Experience:
  • Completion of an accredited Practical/Vocational Nurse program
  • Possession of a current and valid LVN license
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS)
Essential Skills:
  • Understanding of nursing processes, healthcare systems, and community resources
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain composure in emergency situations
  • Exemplary professionalism and a positive demeanor
