Position: Automotive Sales Consultant
In the role of Automotive Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through their vehicle purchasing journey, offering insights on available models and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and exceptional communication abilities will be essential in propelling our sales department's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with professionalism to identify their preferences and suggest appropriate vehicles.
  • Facilitate test drives to highlight vehicle features and capabilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle models to provide precise information to clients.
  • Assist customers throughout the sales process, including vehicle selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
  • Negotiate sales agreements clearly and finalize transactions in a customer-centric manner.
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Engage in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Aim to meet individual and team sales objectives through effective sales strategies.
Qualifications:
