What You'll Do:
  • Sell new, high-quality, single-family homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:
  • Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course required
  • 1 or more years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience required
  • 1 or more years of B2B or B2C sales experience required
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required
  • Ability to work weekends on a regular basis required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment required
  • Formal sales training, B2B sales, broker, and leadership experience preferred
  • High School diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
