About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Assistant to join our team at Innovative Claim Solutions, Inc. As an Office Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing mail and packages.
  • Ensure the office environment is well-organized and maintained, with all supplies and equipment available and functioning properly.
  • Manage the office calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.
  • Assist with special projects, including planning presentations, creating brochures, and designing general correspondences.
  • Typing and designing correspondence, proofreading copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, and making appropriate changes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years' work experience in administrative support or insurance industry.
  • Ability to work from home productively and adapt to new priorities when necessary.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
