Godlan, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Consultant, you will be responsible for providing billable business consulting and training services to customers in support of their CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute and implement project plans to ensure successful implementation of CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system.
  • Provide remote and on-site client interaction to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop deliverable documentation for customers, including training materials and system documentation.
  • Deliver end-user training to ensure customers are proficient in using the CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system.
  • Analyze and recommend solutions for complex tactical level problems.
  • Conduct manufacturing business process analysis and modeling to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop test plans and conduct system testing to ensure system integrity.
  • Provide internal and external status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Participate in special projects, training, and other internal or external activities as assigned by Godlan, Inc. management.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3+ years of experience with CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) product, with a strong understanding of analytical skills in a manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of consulting or business analyst experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of business processes and system implementation.
  • Industry certifications/training a plus (APICS/CPIM, Six Sigma, Quality, etc).
