Senior Primary Care Physician

Mercy is actively seeking Family Medicine Physicians who are passionate about fostering relationships, prioritizing wellness, and making a significant impact on the lives of seniors. This role is designed for outpatient care, with an established patient panel of 600 individuals covered by Medicare and Medicare Advantage. The practice is situated in a welcoming environment.
Key Features of 65 Prime Plus by Mercy:
- Focus on value-based care, emphasizing quality interactions with patients and relationship development.
- Support from a dedicated panel RN for telephonic encounters, triage, and in-basket assistance.
- Flexibility in patient encounters, including in-person, virtual, or telephonic options for comprehensive annual visits, transitional care, and urgent care needs.
- Exceptional work-life balance with a commitment from administration to eliminate obstacles.
- Appointment slots ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, ensuring ample time for patient interactions.
- Manage a patient panel of 600 or 1,000 with the assistance of Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- No obligations for holidays, weekends, or evening shifts.
- Administration focused on minimizing physician burnout through a comprehensive wellness program.
