Senior-Focused Primary Care Physician

Mercy Clinic is seeking Family Medicine Physicians who are passionate about fostering relationships, prioritizing wellness, and positively impacting the lives of seniors. This role is exclusively outpatient, managing a patient panel of 600 individuals primarily on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans.
Key Features of the 65 Prime Plus Program:
- Focus on value-based care that emphasizes patient interaction, relationship development, and quality incentives.
- Support from a dedicated panel RN for telephonic communications, triage, and in-basket assistance.
- Flexible patient encounters available, including in-person, virtual, or telephonic visits for annual assessments, transitional care, and urgent needs.
- Exceptional work-life balance with a commitment from administration to alleviate barriers.
- Appointment durations ranging from 30 minutes to 1 hour, ensuring ample time for each patient without feeling rushed.
- Manage a patient panel of 600 or 1,000 with the assistance of Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- No obligations for holidays, weekends, or evening shifts.
- Administration focused on minimizing physician burnout through a comprehensive wellness program.
