We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leaders in the New York office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Manage office operations, including greeting guests, coordinating meetings, and overseeing office supplies
  • Collaborate with the Facilities and Security teams to clear external guests with security and assign office/desk space for visitors
  • Be the point of contact for all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Oversee the operation of office technology and equipment in partnership with local IT
  • Collaborate and interact with all departments and team members to shape the in-office culture
  • Be a key stakeholder to the People team and stay informed about the operations of the business
Requirements
  • A high school level education or its equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Two (2) years of prior administrative experience
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple, diverse assignments
  • The ability to work well in a team, think proactively, strategically, and analytically, and consistently take initiative
  • Efficient time managing skills with the ability to adhere to deadlines and execute tasks accurately
  • Reflect a high level of professional communication etiquette both internally and externally
  • General computer skills and full proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Word
  • Interest in music and current music trends
