Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and the delivery of superior SAP solutions.
- Articulate and disseminate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for SAP offerings.
- Synchronize product objectives with overarching business strategies to foster innovation and operational efficiency.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitive positioning to guide product strategy.
- Develop and oversee the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements across critical business functions such as Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and subsequent support phases.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Communicate product strategies, progress, and results to key stakeholders effectively.
- Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicts and maintain alignment across teams.
- Understand customer needs to ensure exceptional user experiences.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to assess product effectiveness.
- Guide and mentor a diverse team of product owners, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to empower team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 11 years in technical project/program management or product ownership experience, including at least 6 years in a managerial role.
- Alternatively, a Master's degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience and 6 years in management.
- Or, a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience with 6 years in a leadership capacity.
Preferred Skills:
- In-depth expertise in SAP domains: Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Record to Report, and Plan to Perform.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
- A collaborative leader capable of influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Exceptional communication skills tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives from inception to execution.
- Strategic mindset combined with practical execution capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience managing Agile teams.
- Experience with Big 4 Accounting firms is highly desirable.
