Job Title: Account Executive / Business Development Manager

Location: Remote (with occasional in-office visits)

Team Overview: Our sales team is led by seasoned managers and is responsible for owning and developing entire accounts. We're looking for individuals who can thrive in a KPI-driven environment and are passionate about building long-lasting relationships with internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue additional prospects, buyers, and opportunities within named accounts through cold calling and other outbound activities.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive the strategic direction of accounts.
  • Work closely with the Delivery organization to meet client needs and facilitate candidate placements.
  • Manage client-facing activities, including presentations, interviews, and offer stages.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools to manage the sales process effectively.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
