About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our team at Creative Financial Staffing. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll and benefits processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll Processing: Process semi-monthly payroll for 150 employees through Paylocity, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Work with third-party benefits providers to manage enrollments, updates, and terminations, utilizing employee navigator tools to streamline the process.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new and departing employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Employee Support: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, answering benefits-related questions and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Paylocity Experience: Proven experience with Paylocity payroll software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • High-Volume Payroll Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume payroll processing, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • MS Excel Skills: Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports as needed.
