Position Summary

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory processes in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures. This position offers a pathway to potential full-time employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process inventory following Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Prepare products for swift picking and packing.
  • Execute all inventory-based picking, packing, and shipping tasks utilizing shipping and fulfillment software.
  • Achieve daily operational goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Utilize sound judgment to troubleshoot common process issues.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in standard computer and printer operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit.
  • Comfortable using box cutters, pallet jacks, and light finishing equipment.
Work Environment

This position is primarily indoors, with exposure to a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment. During peak seasons, staff may be required to work in warmer conditions, with temperatures ranging from 80 to 100 degrees. The work area may also have moderate to loud noise levels due to equipment operation.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to lift and carry a minimum of 40 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
