Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Meridian Brick. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, managing relationships with stone install contractors, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to all existing and new customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with stone install contractors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of sales and delivery processes.
  • Assist with order entry, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge of brick sales, building materials, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service or sales experience, with a strong background in construction or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
