- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of client service experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Proven organization skills, ability to multi-task, and experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints.
