Key Responsibilities
  • Counseling and Support: Provide expert guidance and support to clients and contractors on our product and service offerings, helping them to resolve issues and achieve their goals.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of client service experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Soft Skills: Proven organization skills, ability to multi-task, and experience handling multiple priorities within established time constraints.
