Key Responsibilities:

- Sales forecasting: Analyze sales data and forecasts to ensure the team meets quarterly and annual targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (B2B experience required).
- Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to specific regional dynamics, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients face-to-face and influence decision-makers.
