Candlewood Suites Revenue Growth Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team at Candlewood Suites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in hotel sales and marketing, and will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, and will be able to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. They will also be able to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform their sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement tactics to improve sales performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights
- Valid driver's license
