Job Description

As a Business Development Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the business development team in identifying growth opportunities, preparing proposals, and managing client communications.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and entry for new, existing, and potential clients within the CRM database.
  • Research to identify potential clients, industry trends, geographic, and market opportunities.
  • Maintenance of relationships with clients including architects, contractors, and other business partners.
  • Development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Content creation and schedule management of social media communications.
  • Creation and distribution of company newsletters.

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive, but they give an idea of the tasks involved in this role.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additionally, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

You should also be self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required, and experience in construction, manufacturing, or the AEC community is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

We offer competitive compensation, medical, dental, and 401(k) coverage available first day of the month following 60 days. Paid time off, vacation time, and 8 company observed holidays are also included.
