Job Title: Blended Call Center Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Blended Call Center Representative to join our team. As a Blended Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
