Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and organize studies, designs, and construction projects, managing all processes and documentation.
  • Facility and Infrastructure Assessments: Conduct facility and infrastructure assessments to identify deficiencies for incorporation into Asset Management Plans.
  • Drafting and GIS Services: Provide drafting and GIS services as required.
  • Engineering Design: Perform engineering design and project management for assigned design and construction projects.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Negotiate effectively to accept and implement recommendations and maintain positive working relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited school.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in the operations, maintenance, repair, and construction of infrastructure and facilities.
  • Skills: Strong ability to inspect and survey facilities, and incorporate findings into management plans and databases. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
