Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage a High-Performing Team
    • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Shift Managers and Crew Members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food.
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
  • Oversee Restaurant Operations
    • Ensure that the restaurant is run efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and food quality.
    • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Develop and Implement Business Strategies
    • Work with the management team to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and implement changes to achieve these goals.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience
    • A minimum of three to four years of experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
  • Education and Qualifications
    • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college experience or military background is a plus.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
    • Flexible work availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
