- Develop and Implement Business Strategies

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and implement changes to achieve these goals.
- Leadership Experience
- A minimum of three to four years of experience leading people, preferably in a food service environment.
- Education and Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Some college experience or military background is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
- Flexible work availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
