Job Summary

American Heritage Credit Union is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Cherry Hill branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, clients, and associates, enhancing their overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process account-related requests, including opening basic consumer accounts and performing file maintenance.
  • Process basic consumer loan-related requests, including submitting applications, booking, and disbursing, and file maintenance.
  • Analyze members' engagement with the credit union using sales tracking systems, member data warehouse programs, and other tools.
  • Connect members to our Subject Matter Experts via SmartOffice/VANA technology who can assist them with their specialized financial needs.

Requirements:

  • One to three years of similar or related experience.
  • A high school education or GED.
  • Full-time position with rotating evening and Saturday hours.
  • FICEP certification (to be completed after hire).
