As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling this mission. Your responsibilities will include managing a substantial volume of policy renewals and ensuring optimal coverage for our clients. We seek only the finest account managers—insurance specialists who are committed to providing a premium service experience to every client interaction. You will collaborate with other top professionals in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients regarding coverage options during renewals and manage any necessary endorsements or remarketing requests; evaluate and compare carrier quotes for appropriate coverages, terms, and conditions.
- Proactively maintain premium retention by addressing potential cancellation issues and remarketing policies to ensure Steadily remains the most appealing option.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients renewing with Steadily, including managing inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, SMS, and/or chat.
- Become a subject matter expert on Steadily's proprietary insurance products and internal processes, ensuring clients understand what distinguishes Steadily from other agencies.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in the insurance sector, with a focus on shopping, quoting, writing, and servicing personal lines (non-auto) policies. Proven track record in managing renewals with successful retention outcomes.
- Insurance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Personal Lines Insurance Products and familiarity with various insurance rating and underwriting processes. Preferred experience with carrier rating engines such as American Modern, Foremost, Safeco, and Stillwater.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capable of conveying information clearly and diplomatically while maintaining professionalism.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new software independently and effectively utilize online resources.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a heavy workload with minimal supervision. Comfortable being accountable for results.
- Ambition: Eager to take initiative and work diligently—seeking a dynamic role in an early-stage tech company to accelerate personal and professional growth.
Licensing Requirements
- Must possess an active Property & Casualty (not solely Personal Lines) license in your state of residence.
Compensation Package
- On-target earnings of $90,000
