Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate production reports and records.
- Understand and apply knowledge of lens coatings and optical equipment.
- Perform intermediate-level lens inspection and troubleshooting.
- Operate DVI operating system and other compatible software.
- Consult with customers on various issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Purchase and receive lenses and frames, and process invoices and billing.
- Tint lenses and produce drill mounts.
- Package and ship products, and maintain organizational skills.
- Perform blocking, spot, taping, and foco tasks.
- Process Rx orders and data entry.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive movements.
- Good hand-eye-foot coordination and ability to focus for long periods.
- Attention to detail and symmetry, with solid dexterity and mechanical skills.
- Patience and ability to follow directions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
