We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lab Tech I. This entry-level position involves performing routine production duties associated with lens manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate production reports and records.
  • Understand and apply knowledge of lens coatings and optical equipment.
  • Perform intermediate-level lens inspection and troubleshooting.
  • Operate DVI operating system and other compatible software.
  • Consult with customers on various issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Purchase and receive lenses and frames, and process invoices and billing.
  • Tint lenses and produce drill mounts.
  • Package and ship products, and maintain organizational skills.
  • Perform blocking, spot, taping, and foco tasks.
  • Process Rx orders and data entry.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive movements.
  • Good hand-eye-foot coordination and ability to focus for long periods.
  • Attention to detail and symmetry, with solid dexterity and mechanical skills.
  • Patience and ability to follow directions.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
