Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and uphold company standards for estimating electrical designs, employing P/S, D/A, and D/B estimating methodologies.
  • Assist in the construction and planning of projects that align with our organizational metrics.
  • Oversee assigned projects from inception to completion, ensuring accountability for the final bid proposal.
  • Utilize Accubid software for project setup, take-off, and review of bid documents for any deficiencies.
  • Gather and evaluate subcontractor and material quotations.
  • Maintain client satisfaction ratings of 4 or higher.
  • Exemplify and promote our core values, encapsulated in our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships.
Qualifications

In addition to maintaining high standards and a commitment to excellence, you will possess:
  • Experience in both Commercial and Industrial Electrical estimating.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset for effective problem-solving.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the electrical industry.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Accubid and MS Office, including Bluebeam, with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • A collaborative spirit, providing leadership and delivering high-quality electrical workmanship.
  • A strong sense of curiosity, self-motivation, and adaptability.
