Sales Estimator

At House Doctors, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Sales Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day sales within the business, working closely with the owner to manage emails and sales and customer inquiries by phone and email.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and revenue into the business while maintaining a high profit margin.
- Manage sales pipeline, measuring and estimating home improvement projects.
- Monitor and action feedback from clients, business partners, and suppliers.
- Attend community events, home shows, and networking events.
- Ensure accurate bids through hitting gross margin targets.
- Follow up with previous customers and previous estimates to generate business.
- Effective communication with teammates about project.
- Write detailed estimates and materials lists for each project.
- Follow the House Doctors sales process to close projects.
- Lead generation.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with sales and home improvement estimation duties.
- Passion for delivering world-class customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficient with general office technology and software.
- Proficient in G Suite.
- Relevant degree or certification would be considered an asset.
