Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Front Office in all departmental functions and ensure adherence to service standards.
  • Provide managerial oversight for Reception, Royal Service, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Guest Services in daily operations.
  • Deliver consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing and scheduling of all Front Office team members in line with productivity guidelines.
  • Communicate essential information through pre-shift logs, emails, and departmental meetings for respective shifts and operational areas.
  • Assist guests with inquiries regarding hotel amenities in an informative and supportive manner.
  • Adhere to departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow all safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $80,000 per annum

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for guest service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to adapt and thrive under pressure.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven supervisory experience is essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and guest requests effectively.
  • Familiarity with Micros-Fidelio Property Management System is a plus.
  • Certification in basic first aid is desirable.
  • Strong guest service orientation and a background in training are required.
  • Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with hotel loyalty programs is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
