Primary Responsibilities

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the hotel's front office, ensuring adherence to corporate standards while delivering exemplary service. Your role will include:
  • Supervising front desk operations and guest services to maintain high service standards.
  • Reviewing VIP reservations and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Managing payroll, schedules, and reporting to support operational efficiency.
  • Handling cash and payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and security.
  • Addressing guest complaints and resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Leading front office meetings and representing the department in management discussions.
  • Monitoring expenses and reporting on financial performance to assist in cost control.
  • Coordinating with maintenance to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Education:
  • High School diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
Personal Attributes:
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
