As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive. Your leadership will inspire the front desk team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate training and development for front office personnel.
- Guarantee prompt and courteous service to all guests during shifts.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Manage multiple requests in a dynamic environment by collaborating with various departments.
- Ensure adherence to front desk protocols and maintain accuracy in daily operations.
- Implement proper cash handling procedures and manage guest billing accurately.
- Promote a collaborative atmosphere to achieve hotel objectives.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment, along with cash handling expertise. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
Compensation: $20-$22/hr
