Position Summary

Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Safety and Security Officer. We are committed to training individuals with no prior experience and assisting them in obtaining necessary security licenses. As a leader in the global security industry, we provide ample opportunities for career advancement.

In this role, you will be responsible for protecting and serving clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, adhering to site-specific guidelines, and executing emergency response procedures when necessary.
  • React to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Perform regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas, with working conditions varying by client site.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21 years or older for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience is required.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. We consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Drug screening may be required as a condition of employment, subject to legal allowances.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local laws and must be fulfilled prior to employment. A valid driver's license is necessary for driving positions.
