Day-to-Day Responsibilities

This customer service position works Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with some flexibility depending on business needs. You'll attend company meetings on Thursdays at 7:00 am and have an on-call schedule for our call center.

As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our call center, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. You'll also be responsible for making outbound calls to perform telemarketing duties, follow up with clients, and reach out to referrals.

By maintaining accurate records, documenting customer complaints, running reports, and collaborating with your team, you'll ensure smooth call center operations. This entry-level position offers opportunities for growth and development.
