Furthermore, the Operations Support Associate 3 acts as a bridge between operational personnel, relationship managers, project leaders, custodians, and clients. The primary aim of this position is to ensure effective daily operational support in accordance with Citi's operational support framework and protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Accurately document processes and adhere to established protocols to complete intricate tasks.
+ Identify procedural gaps that require escalation and propose viable solutions.
+ Assist in managing inventory and workflow based on risk priorities and service levels.
+ Provide support across a variety of products and services.
+ Analyze issues and develop solutions through thorough research and investigation.
+ Navigate, test, and operate moderately complex databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
+ Ensure precise and timely management of accounts.
+ Participate in activities aimed at minimizing organizational impact and/or loss.
+ Assess risks when making business decisions, ensuring the firm's reputation is upheld and that Citigroup, its clients, and assets are protected by complying with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, while applying sound ethical judgment in personal conduct and business practices.
Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
+ Proficient in computer skills and typing.
+ Quick adaptability to new technologies.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with others to complete assigned tasks.
Education:
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
