Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing sales, operations, and administrative functions of a corporate store.
  • Learn and perform all duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate, demonstrating the desired standards of conduct and work performance.
  • Support and learn management responsibilities for displays, housekeeping, clearance maintenance, and product flow.
  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and developing store employees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Point of Sale (POS) systems experience preferred.
  • Maintain a safe and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Relocatable to multiple Mid-West areas.
