Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Neuro CNIM Technologist to join our team at Nationwide Children's Hospital. As a Neuro CNIM Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of electroneurodiagnostic procedures on patients with suspected neurologic injury and disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform EP and EEG procedures on patients with possible neurologic injury and disease
  • Prepare patients for testing and collect information pertinent to the interpretation of test results
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, following age-related competencies and accurately applying leads according to the International 10:20 System
  • Recognize and eliminate artifact and electrical interference to obtain high-quality tracings
  • Participate in conferences, technical meetings, and other educational activities
  • Serve as an inservice training instructor for junior staff, technologist trainees, and other medical personnel
Requirements
  • Registered by the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists or a technician eligible for registration
  • Board eligible for Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring
  • Preferred to have at least two years of experience in EEG and one year of experience in EP
  • Current CPR certificate
