Job Summary:

As an Intraoperative Neuromonitoring (IONM) Technologist at Mpower Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient care during surgical procedures. Your expertise in electrophysiological monitoring will enable you to provide real-time data to surgeons, helping to reduce the incidence of post-operative neurological deficits.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preoperative assessments of patients and perform intraoperative sensory and motor tests using currently accepted electrophysiological techniques.
Compile, interpret, and communicate data in real-time to the surgical team.
Complete post-operative reports and billing forms accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

CNIM or CNIM-eligible certification required.
Valid driver's license and current AHA CPR certification.
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Working Conditions:

Possible exposure to communicable diseases and hazardous materials with proper health precautions.
Occasional/frequent travel to healthcare facilities in urban and rural areas.
Variable work schedules and on-call time may be required.
