Job Title: Neuro CNIM Technologist

At Nationwide Children's Hospital, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neuro CNIM Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our neurodiagnostics team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the advancement of our neurodiagnostic services.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a wide range of electroneurodiagnostic procedures on patients with suspected neurologic injury and disease.
  • Prepare patients for testing and collect information pertinent to the interpretation of test results.
  • Apply non-routine recording parameters and special techniques to record eye movements, muscle activity, ECG, chest wall movement, tongue movements, and nasal and oral air flow.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in conferences, technical meetings, and educational activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in neurodiagnostics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or related field preferred.
  • Registration by the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists.
  • Certification in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • At least two years of experience in EEG and EP.
  • Proficient in computer operations and technology.
