Job Overview">

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the transformation of community behavioral health programs. We prioritize removing barriers to services and providing high-quality support when and where people need it most.


Key Responsibilities">
  1. Provide supportive stabilization services to clients in crisis at the CCS program.
  2. Collaborate with clients to develop problem-solving strategies and encourage positive behavior.
  3. Implement interventions tailored to client preferences, needs, and clinical direction from the triage/urgent/CCS care team.
  4. Support clients in crisis, including evaluations through the treatment planning process.
  5. Assist clients in ADLs, such as maintaining their space, personal hygiene, and developing ADL plans for the community.
  6. Deliver short-term case management supports, including income management, accessing other services, scheduling appointments, and warm handoffs to CBHC teams.

Requirements">
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field and one year of experience working with adults, families, or children with severe and persistent mental illness.
  • Strong commitment to recovery-oriented services and ability to establish supportive relationships.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to provide flexible, community-based services.

Compensation and Schedule">

$23.08 per hour. Overnight shifts: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7am.
